Everything the crew sign for, on the device they carry.
One page per flight on the crew's phone or iPad, with a load sheet and navlog for every sector. It fills itself in from the Flight Release and keeps working where there's no signal.
A load sheet that checks itself.
Loads come from the Flight Release, and the crew enter actual weights and fuel. The take-off and landing centre of gravity is plotted against the aircraft's own envelope, and the sheet can't be signed without a fuel figure.
- Built from each type's own weight and balance data
- One sheet per sector, carried through a multi-stop day
- Signed sheet as a PDF for the mission file
| Basic operating weight | 5,179 |
| Passengers · 9 | 1,710 |
| Baggage & cargo | 310 |
| Zero-fuel weight | 7,199 |
| Take-off fuel | 1,211 |
| Take-off weight (lb) | 8,410 |
Enter the waypoints; the sums are done for you.
The crew enter waypoints and distances. Estimated times, ETAs and fuel are worked out as they go, and the actuals they record feed straight into the flight record, so nobody types the same times twice.
- V-speeds issued from the signed load sheet's weights (Dash 8)
- An incomplete navlog can be saved, but not confirmed
- Locked once the aircraft departs
Works at the strip. Syncs back at base.
Everything the crew need for the day is saved on the device. Sheets completed offline are held safely and uploaded, without duplicates, as soon as the phone finds a connection.
- Items waiting to upload are shown, and never lost on a failed attempt
- Waiting items can be saved to a file if a device has to be handed in
- Paper documents remain the last resort
- Mission pack downloaded at 05:40, before departure
- 3 items waiting: load sheet S2, navlog S2, journey log
- Connection found at 14:02: 3 uploaded, 0 duplicates
One PIN, once. Then nothing to remember.
A senior manager, Head of Operations or Chief Pilot issues a one-time PIN that registers the device to that crew member. After that, every mission they're rostered on opens on it, and nothing else does.
- A lost device can be removed at once from every mission
- Crew removed from a flight lose access to it straight away
- Locked out with no signal? Operations read a code down the phone
The rest of the crew's paperwork, in the same place.
- Duty acknowledgment, with a calendar invite for the device calendar
- Cabin equipment, security search and post-flight checklists
- Journey log for each aircraft for each day
- Cabin crew after-mission report, reviewed by Operations
- A home screen that lists the crew member's own missions
Put the flight pack in your crew's hands.
We'll show the pack with one of your aircraft types and a real multi-sector day.
